After making Bainbridge a vacation destination for 16 years, one sweet family found their dream property and decided to call Bainbridge Island home. What started as a light refresh in 2021 blossomed into a whole house transformation. We reimagined the floor plan and finishes to reflect the family’s lifestyle and aestetic. Clark Construction joined forces to bring our vision to life. Partnering with local trades and artisans, Sundance is a modern country retreat with a refined and welcoming aesthetic. Final touches happening now. Full completion expected in Fall of 2023.
