Lemolo shore included architectural detailing of a custom waterfront home on Liberty Bay. The scope of services included tile design for three bathrooms, including the master with a large walkthrough shower. A cohesive paint palette, using existing furnishings and cabinet colors, were also designed. Keeping things light and bright, a combination of neutrals and blue/gray tones flow from one room to the next.
Having east coast roots, the client requested a wainscot design for the stairwell and hallways. Taking a look at the homes high ceilings and the architectural details, simple lines flow from floor to floor. This concept was also echoed into the formal dining room. In the kitchen, a simple glass 2 x 10 subway tile in a light gray tone was specified. The result is a clean, fresh backdrop to the glistening shores of Liberty Bay. Finally, a live edge mantle for the client’s fireplace was selected at a local sawmill.
This stunning home was completed in July 2017 and built by Kitsap Trident Homes.
