LEMOLO SHORE

Lemolo Shore includes architectural detailing of a custom waterfront home on Liberty Bay. The scope of services include tile design for three bathrooms, including the primary bathroom with a large walkthrough shower and color consultation that considered existing furnishings and pre-selected cabinet colors as a basis for the color palette. Keeping things light and bright, a combination of light neutrals, blue and gray tones flow throughout. The client also requested a wainscot design for the entry, stairwell and hallway. Taking a look at the homes high ceilings and the architectural details, clean lines were drawn and flow from floor to ceiling. This concept was echoed in the formal dining room. In the kitchen, glass 2 x 10 subway tile was installed in a light gray color.  The result is a clean, fresh backdrop to the shores of Liberty Bay. Finishing touches include a live edge mantle from a local sawmill. This beautiful home was completed in 2017 and built by local builder, Kitsap Trident Home.
